In this video, I told you a little bit about what to expect. Remember, like many things in life, the more you put into this course, the more you’ll get out of it. If you can work through this material step-by-step, trying out the activities with your child for each lesson, you will see a difference in their ability to communicate, and your family will be happier because the frustration you’re experiencing right now will be so much less.

What to expect in this course
This course consists of six modules. The time it will take you to work through it depends very much on your child. Generally, I recommend that you log in a couple of times a week and work through the content in small steps. Most families watch one module and then practice the assignments for a few weeks before moving on. This course will likely take you 3-6 months to work through. Even if you only have 15 minutes to spend at a time, you can make progress every day.
Before you move on…
Download your workbook
As we work through the course together, I’ll be giving you some activities to try. I’ve created a workbook for you to track these and make notes about what worked. You can either print it off and write your comments down, or you can fill it out on your computer – whichever works better for you.
Join our private Facebook group
It’s a good idea to join my private Facebook group for students now. During the course, there will be activities for you to try, and I’ll invite you to share how it went. It’s really useful for you to see what worked for other parents and to share your achievements (and frustrations!) with each other and with me. Together, we can support each other through this journey. There is so much to learn from each others’ experiences, so I encourage you to join us and share your successes and failures – both are equally valid. So please let us know how you are doing and how we can help.
